These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or platform use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation for at least 30 days. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English language.

Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against BrainFlow Digital, with disputes to be resolved individually.
